Validation

Our Client: A large diagnostics company engaged Safis to provide validation and documentation assistance in the releasing of a global version of a web-based application based upon pre-defined organizational provisioning templates.

The revision of this web-based application required Safis to update all new and existing non-technical documents including text, quick reference guides, user guides, e-training, and application screen text. Safis developed, updated, and approved 7 SAP SOPs using customers’ latest standard templates to ensure that customer’s global systems security standards were met. 

Safis received positive feedback from the customer by meeting all objectives in the estimated completion time. As a result, the customer has chosen to extend their contract with Safis to provide validation and technical writing services for ongoing and future business operations.
