Our Client: A laboratory testing company needed to establish Quality Systems.

The company had numerous departments with their own procedures, which conflicted with procedures from other departments. Safis assisted with procedure centralization, development, and document control. Quality Assurance oversight was implemented to align procedure consistency within the company.

Calibration and maintenance procedures were developed for laboratory equipment according to GXP requirements.

The Client is now engaged in performing clinical trial sample analysis for pharma companies.
