INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—Safis Solutions, a life sciences regulatory compliance consulting company, has recently brought Usha Srinivasan, M.S., RAC, and Jonny Salyer, M.D., FCAP, FASCP on staff.

Srinivasan joins Safis from Eli Lilly & Co. where she worked for 16 years in a variety of roles.  Her career experiences include basic research, due diligence/business development, bio-products strategy, Six Sigma, and Global Regulatory Affairs. 

Srinivasan earned Master's Degrees in both Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.  Srinivasan is also a member of ASQ, DIA, and RAPS Associations.

Salyer joins Safis from Covance Central Laboratories where she worked for 6 years as Director of Medical Affairs.  Her career experiences include clinical trial support, protocol development, business development, medical care, research, laboratory affairs, and management roles.

Salyer's other professional experiences include Medical Director of S.E.D. Medical Laboratories, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Salyer earned Bachelor’s degrees in both  Microbiology and Chemistry as well as a Doctorate in Medicine.
